November Events Texas

Unlike many parts of the country, November doesn’t mean freezing temperatures and early snows. It means more outdoor events, festivals and fall fun. Fire up your RV and cruise down to the Lone Star State for these unbeatable fall events.
City of Cleveland 1st Annual Fall Festival
The city of Cleveland, Texas, will be hosting their first annual fall festival this year, and it’s just $2 to attend. This day will be packed with family fun, including a kids area, tons of food vendors, a farmers’ market, arts and crafts vendors and more. Even better, hosting a vendor booth is free for the first edition of this event, so crafters and makers of all kinds are encouraged to attend.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 211 Peach St., in Cleveland.
24th Annual Houston Turkish Festival
Houston is guaranteed to come alive on Nov. 14 and 15, for the annual Turkish festival. Celebrate all things Turkish, including your favorite Turkish eats (and many you’ve never tried), a miniature Grand Bazaar, a kids’ corner, whirling dervishes and so much more. The festival will start at 11 a.m., on both days and is set to take place at 601 Louisiana St.
Festival of Lights
Cruise over to Lake Jackson for the 2015 Festival of Lights on Nov. 20 and 21. The event is set to feature a full carnival, a parade, family-friendly games, delicious foods, shopping and so much more. For 27 years, citizens of Lake Jackson an surrounding areas have gathered to kick off the holiday season together at this festive and fun November event.
